Pomer

Once known as a shellfish nursery, and today better known for its marina and first complete glamping camp in Croatia, Pomer is located in a well-sheltered part of Medulin Bay. The plague ravaged southern Istria, so at the end of the 16th century, the area was settled by citizens of the Venetian Republic, and then by refugees from the Zadar region fleeing the Ottomans. This small fishing community has preserved its tranquillity to this day.
